This was a pretty decent month as far as using up items. While the total number of items used up is pretty small, the items were full size. They were also items where you do not need to use a large amount of the product.
Skyn Iceland Pure Cloud Cleanser – I previously did a short introduction on this product (here) and my feelings about the product are the same. It is a nice basic cleanser, though may leave your skin feeling a bit tight. The scent is lovely, like a mix of oatmeal and lemon grass. I would gladly repurchase this product if i were not trying to eliminate chemicals form my beauty routine.
Kenra Curl Defining Creme – I loved the way this made my hair look. Nice full curls, like ones seen on the red carpet, without any heat. The smell was also intoxicating. The only down side was that the pump typically dispensed more product than needed which was a bit wasteful. I previously did a mini review of this product (here).
MOP Pear Detangler – I previously did an extensive review on this product (here). the feelings of love and ardour have begun to fade. While think the product works great, there are a larger proportion of potentially harmful chemicals in it than I like. I am still keeping it on my short list of replacement detanglers, for if I can not find something that works as well with out the harmful substances.
I have used just about the entirety of my bottle of curling creme by curly sexy hair over the past month and a half. So a bit about my hair, it is fine, thin and wavy. I wear it wavy/curly just about every day. This product was picked up in an effort to find a cheaper alternative to the KMS curling balm I had been using previously.
I was originally skeptical about purchasing this product since I had heard that the ‘Big Sexy Hair’ line of products tended to leave hair that was on the finer side greasy looking. However, this product was recommended to me by the sales associate at the Trade Secrets where this was purchased.
I would give this product a 5/10

I have had this review somewhat in the works for several months. The photos were taken about two months ago, and while since than significantly more pan is showing on the makeup I still likely have a month left before I truly use it up.
Let me start by saying I normally do not like MAC cosmetics. I tend to avoid them for the most part, since i get fed up with their constant ‘limited edition’ products. However, there are a few items that I think are winner but find are under appreciated on the cosmetic boards I visit. However:
I would give this product a 8/10

After several months of use I have finally used up the entirety of my Murad Essential-C Eye Cream SPF 15. I had originally purchased this as it claimed to not only protect that delicate under eye skin from the sun, but also help to improve the hydration of the under eye area. This was especially important to me since i had read (aka googled) that improved hydration could potentially reduce dark under eye circles which i am prone to.
I would give this product a 4/10.
